Research shows that customers use Audible for three primary reasons. They use it to learn something new, be entertained, or to relax. Based on this and behavioural profiles, we created a series of targetted landing pages.

Previous research also informed us of the type of characters that Japanese customers find relatable. We cast the talent based on this data and made them our “hero” representatives for each segment.
